While everyone in the world of gaming is sitting in fear of Call of Duty and Red Dead Redemption 2 release dates, the gang are still playing, platinuming, and generally exploring the worlds of Marvel's Spider-Man and Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
But the industry keeps ploughing onward, with announcements from Microsoft and its Project xCloud idea, more on the Telltale Games situation, PlayStation Plus for November already being announced and, yes, a live-action Mega Man movie in the works.
If you're new to the podcast, you can get next week's episode early, or listen to all the previous episodes with an extended, patreon-backer-only section for $1 a month. Back us and get early videos, exclusive access, and loads more - all for $1 a month, which works out at only $12 a year.

316. Marble Penis
Wednesday Oct 03, 2018
Wednesday Oct 03, 2018
With Assassin's Creed Odyssey almost out, and the review embargo lifting, we're joined this week by Nicola to talk in depth (seriously, this is a very long segment on AC: Odyssey) about it, before hitting up Call of Cthulhu and Mega Man 11. Of course, Sony are being nice now and letting Fortniters play together, so that's discussed, too.
If you're a Patreon Supporter you get some... interesting chat, so make sure you sign up for $1 a month if you haven't already!

315. Watching his back entrance

As we rumble towards Red Dead 2's release at a startling speed, the games are coming thick and fast. Gary and Adam Cook have been playing Forza Horizon 4, while Chris and Adam Cook have been playing FIFA 19. Chris also went to London to play loads of WWE 2K19 and has stories to impress fellow rasslin' fan, Adam Carroll.
It's been a terrible week for news, despite PlayStation announce their own mini-console, and PUBG being rated for PS4, because Telltale Games has all-but shut down, leaving a skeleton crew after over a hundred staff were let go. We're hoping everyone bounces back, somehow.
You can become a Patreon Supporter and get the premium podcast for $1 a month, which is $12 a year for every podcast delivered early and with a longer running time, including this week's section about baked beans. Go join our growing Patreon Saints family, here.

314. The confessions of Chrissy W
Wednesday Sep 19, 2018
Wednesday Sep 19, 2018
With the return of Adam Carroll this week, there's more talk about Marvel's Spider-Man, but an in-depth discussion on Shadow of the Tomb Raider, too. Adam Cook has tried Destiny 2 again and failed, while there's plenty to talk about thanks to the listener questions.
Nintendo had a "Direct" this week, and we've loads of announcements, re-releases, and online "details" to discuss.
Head over to Patreon and back us for a dollar a month to get the podcast early and extended every single week.

313. Big Game Season
Wednesday Sep 12, 2018
Wednesday Sep 12, 2018
It’s finally happened and we’re right in the maelstrom of games. Marvel’s Spider-Man is out now, and is being received very well. Meanwhile Shadow of the Tomb Raider has been getting some serious playtime by our hosts, but so has the beta for Battlefield V and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode.
Adam has been playing Donut County, too, which is a current indie darling, so we’re skipping news this week to bring you extra game chat, before hitting up yet more exquisite listener questions.
A hot podcast recommendation gets…well, recommended in the Patreon section, so make sure you join our Patreon Saints for only $1 a month to get the premium version of the podcast extended, and early.

Wednesday Sep 05, 2018
It's the Adams Family 2, with the two Adams here to talk about Strange Brigade, Cyberpunk 2077, PES 2019, and Shenmue. But definitely not Marvel's Spider-Man. No. That's next week.
There are game delays, and surprise announcements, and of course plenty of your delightful listener correspondence (keep it coming, it's brilliant!) this week, too.
As a premium podcast listener, you get a 10 minute dissection of Muse, so there's something, right? Get on that for $1 a month!

311. Tom the Hotdog Man
Wednesday Aug 29, 2018
Wednesday Aug 29, 2018
With Adam on holiday, Chris plays host to some Shenmue, Yakuza Kiwami 2, and Fire Pro Wrestling World chat, while Gary is finally playing Dead Cells.
Lots has happened thanks to Gamescom 2018, such as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice getting some gameplay and a release date, PUBG leaving Xbox's preview program, Devil May Cry 5 getting a release date, Shenmue 3's release date, and much more - just listen to find out! Plenty of excellent listener correspondence, too, including the question we all dread: "what's the meaning of life?"
If you're a Patreon, then your $1 a month gets you exclusive access to the longer, earlier version of this podcast which this time contains Wrestling chat, Disenchantment chat, and more!

310. Regardless of Penises
Wednesday Aug 22, 2018
Wednesday Aug 22, 2018
Gary has been zooming round the tracks in F1 2018 and likes it a lot, but he's also been dying repeatedly in 2D action-adventure indie-game, Death's Gambit. Meanwhile Adam is moaning about the Switch and how nobody talks about its flaws, but also playing God of War (again) and the latest Far Cry 5 DLC, Lost on Mars.
In the news, Koch (or however you pronounce it) has made us all think of Timesplitters again, games are delayed, some are announced, and some are dated. Listener correspondence is, again, terrific, so keep that coming.

309. Wee Ploppy Poo
Wednesday Aug 15, 2018
Wednesday Aug 15, 2018
Gary has been playing We Happy Few, but so have the Adams, and the opinions are varying in terms of how much they like or dislike it. Elsewhere Adam Cook has played the PES 2019 demo and likes it (surprise!) while Adam Carroll has been playing Dead Cells – does it live up the hype?
Dead Cells has dominated the news this week, so have a guess what we talk about there? That’s right, Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay footage, and Gary has opinions – another shock, we know!
As a Patreon backer you’d get some more movie discussion, and the “beans revelations”, as well as some blowback from Adam Cook’s tuna liking. $1 a month? Bargain!
