Chris is returning after being really ill, but he's managed to finish Kingdom Hearts 3, which is some serious effort, we can tell you. He's conflicted, but you get to hear his confusion right on this here podcast.
Meanwhile Adam Cook and Gary have been playing Hades, the Epic Store-exclusive early access game by Supergiant Games, and some Ace Combat 7 and Resident Evil 2 is still being played, too.
Not as much news this week, so we get into some extra listener questions. Oh and if you're a Patreon Saint and back us for $1/£1 a month (£10-12 a year!) you'd get this podcast early and (usually) with an extended section, so consider that, eh?

Resident Evil 2 is still very much the talk of the town, and Adam Cook has had a play now, too. He and Chris have had a go on Kingdom Hearts 3, as well, and even the Anthem VIP is getting some air time.
Not a lot of news this week, but some huge scoops like Metro Exodus being Epic Games Store-exclusive on PC, Resi 2 being the best seller, and, of course, Metroid Prime 4 being a thing... again.

As you can imagine, Resident Evil 2 is all that's on Gary's lips this week as his review is now live. Adam Carroll has played through the game, too, while Chris (hosting this week) has been having a go on Ace Combat 7. Mick Doherty joins the gang for his inaugural podcast, and it's a good thing, too, as there's plenty to chat about.
Warner announced Mortal Kombat 11 properly, Star Wars is being cancelled, and yet another Dark Souls release is happening, but the price is a whopper.

Wednesday Jan 16, 2019
Chris White has played through Onimusha on PS4 and surprises the gang of Adam Cook, Adam Carroll, and Gary Bailey with his length. Meanwhile the Adams have been playing Super Mario Party some more and have differing opinions on the game. Plenty of news this week thanks to Bungie splitting up with Activision, and The Division 2 splitting up with Steam.
We’ve made a listener question a recurring theme, too, which results in Adam Cook considering Princess Peach.

327. Poor onboarding

As the crew enters 2019 trying to find some semblance of normality, it seems you lovely listeners are too. With questions about putting on weight and New Year's resolutions, it's hard to imagine much gaming has happened... but it has.
Nicola and Adam Cook have been trying Capy's long-awaited Below, while Nic has also been delving... well, below, to play Subnautica. Chris White has finished all of the DLC for MARVEL's Spider-Man and isn't as impressed as you'd hope. Meanwhile Adam Cook has been have a Switch-renaissance, and spent his Christmas with Nintendo.
Not a huge amount of news this week, but the new Alien game is most certainly not what we hoped for, and there's also time to talk about Call of Duty as it may well have a single-player component next time out.
Remember to follow us on the SocMeds, and you can support the site and this podcast for $1 a month and get a longer pod, earlier access, and plenty of other content, too.
