440. Elder Scrolls Online, It Takes Two, Outriders

Chris White is able to talk about the new Elder Scrolls Online: Blackwood content now the embargo has lifted, but Adam Cook still can't stop playing Outriders, and has started a second character on PC to see what the other classes are about. Chris Hyde has finally finished It Takes Two, so has thoughts on that, but has also played Lost Words: Beyond the Page as well. Mr White also wants tot talk about Ashwalkers, as he's been playing and has reviewed that.

439. Oddworld Soulstorm, Mario Tennis Aces, Elder Scrolls Online

Taking a break from hunting things this week, Adam Cook, Chris White, and Adam Carroll have been spending their time on calmer, more Nintendo-y things. That said, Oddworld: Soulstorm is out, and both Adam Cook and Chris have played a bit of it, while Chris is deep into Nintendo Switch games thanks to the recent sale.

 

Outriders continues to impress the gang, while Adam Carroll has suddenly become a sports-fan, and is addicted to Mario Tennis Aces, even joining a discord server specifically for that game.

438. It Takes Two, Monster Hunter Rise, Outriders

Adam Carroll has played It Takes Two and is besotted with it, as is everyone else who's played it, but Chris Hyde has been very busy with Monster Hunter Rise, so still hasn't gotten round to it. There's varying thoughts on Rise, and lots of discussion about that one, but not before Adam Cook and Chris White attempt to talk about Nier Replicant, then actually talk about Outriders.

437. It Takes Two, Bayonetta 2, Final Fantasy VII Remake

After previewing It Takes Two, the gang are back after playing through the entire game to see if it lives up to that preview-hype, or not? Can it maintain that brilliance over a 12 hour campaign? Adam Carroll has been playing lots of NES games for some reason, and has gone back to Bayonetta 2, while Chris Hyde has finally got round to playing Final Fantasy VII Remake. Will he upset everyone with his feelings on it, or does he love it as well?

436. Crash Bandicoot 4, Maquette, Monster Hunter Rise

The gang have been playing a variety of titles this week with Adam Carroll playing the PS5 PS PLUS game Maquette, Chris White getting involved with Mario and some Avengers, while Adam Cook has hit up Crash Bandicoot 4 on the next-gen consoles.

 

Of course we've all played the Monster Hunter Rise demo and have varying thoughts on that. Plenty of listener questions, as well, of course!

435. Monster Hunter Rise, Super Mario 3D World, Bravely Default II

Originally streamed live on YouTube.com/GodisaGeek, Adam Cook, Adam Carroll, Chris White, and Chris Hyde get together to discuss Monster Hunter Rise, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, and Bravely Default II (again), before having a quick chat about the Bethesda games coming to Xbox Game Pass.

 

Somehow it ends up being a food discussion at the end, and pringles flavours are dissected.

434. It Takes Two, Satisfactory, Outriders

It's a five-person podcast this week as Adam Cook, Adam Carroll, Chris Hyde, Chris White, and Mick Fraser get together to talk about all the things they've been playing over the past week. Adam Cook and Chris Hyde have been obsessively playing early access factory builder game Satisfactory, while Mick has been all over that Outriders demo.

Obviously we also got some extensive hands-on time with the upcoming title from Hazelight (Josef Fares of the Oscars comment fame) "It Takes Two", an exclusively co-op game which everyone seems to thoroughly enjoy.

433. State of Play, Bravely Default 2, Project Triangle Strategy

Chris Hyde, Adam Carroll, and Chris White are here to talk about Sony's latest State of Play, while Mr White has also been playing Bravely Default II a lot (to review). There's questions about reviving games, and what food or drink from a game we'd like to most try in real life.

432. Splatoon 3, Project Triangle Strategy, Skyward Sword HD

This week's pod is hosted by Chris Hyde, who chats with Chris White and Adam Carroll about a lot of upcoming stuff. Not that the apparent release drought is affecting us, or anything.

 

They gabble about the recent Nintendo Direct, Splatoon 3, Breath of the Wild 2, and novelty controllers, and Hogwarts Legacy gets a special mention after its disappointing delay.

431. Persona 5 Strikers, Little Nightmares 2, Destiny 2

This week regular host Adam Cook takes a break from recording and Chris Hyde steps in, doing his best to keep Chris White and Mick Fraser in-line as they discuss such topics as everyone's ideal Valentine's gift, dreaded game delays, and their go-to YouTube vids.

Oh, and they also talk about games here and there, too. Mick has been playing the Nioh Collection on PS5, Chris White has been powering through Persona 5 Strikers, Bravely Default II, and the excellent Little Nightmares 2, and Chris Hyde is still enamoured by Control Ultimate Edition.
